1 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "In effect since" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email or an in-service notice.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Vivimate subscription. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3 Terms of Service Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Vivimate, a Vivimate employee, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use of the Service

4 Third-Party Purchases

Vivimate is not responsible for subscriptions purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers. To ensure the authenticity and quality of your subscription, we strongly recommend purchasing only through vivimate.it.com.

Subscriptions bought elsewhere are not eligible for our support, refund policy, or service guarantees.

5 Stream Quality

Stream quality depends on multiple factors, including your internet connection speed, the streaming device, network congestion, and the source of the broadcast. We continuously optimize our infrastructure to deliver the best possible quality.

Recommended internet speeds:

• HD streaming — 15 Mbps or higher
• Full HD (1080p) — 20 Mbps or higher
• 4K Ultra HD — 25 Mbps or higher

6 Balances and Payments

All payments for Vivimate subscriptions are processed securely at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-renewing by default; you retain full control over renewing your plan.

7 Use of a VPN or Proxy

Using a VPN or proxy service while streaming Vivimate may affect stream quality, cause geographic restrictions on certain channels, or in some cases prevent the Service from working correctly.

We do not officially support VPN or proxy usage, and technical issues resulting from such use may not be covered by our support team.

8 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when purchasing a subscription, including a valid email address for delivery of your credentials. We are not liable for any inability to deliver service that results from inaccurate contact information.

9 Compatibility

Vivimate is compatible with a wide range of devices, including Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Amazon Firestick, Android phones and tablets, iOS devices, Windows, macOS, MAG boxes, Roku, Xbox, and Chromecast.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every device on the market. We recommend verifying compatibility before subscribing by consulting our Setup Guide.

10 Internet Service and Data Usage

Streaming IPTV consumes significant data. If you have a metered internet connection or a data cap, please monitor your usage to avoid additional charges from your ISP.

Approximate data consumption per hour: HD ~3 GB, Full HD ~5 GB, 4K ~7 GB.

11 Account and Subscription Sharing

Each Vivimate subscription is intended for personal, household use. Sharing your credentials with users outside your household may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your subscription without a refund.

If you need multiple simultaneous streams, you can add extra connections at any time from your plan.

12 Purchase Details

After successful payment, you will receive your Vivimate login credentials by email within a few minutes. These credentials include:

• Your M3U URL or Xtream Codes (username and password)
• Setup instructions for your chosen device
• Your subscription duration and expiration date

13 Suspensions and Unavailability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. Short interruptions do not entitle the user to a refund or extension of the subscription.

In the event of a major, prolonged incident, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

14 Notifications and Communication

By subscribing to Vivimate, you consent to receive communications related to your subscription, including transactional emails, service announcements, and technical updates.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time; however, essential communications (invoices, expiration notices, etc.) will continue to be sent.

15 Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Vivimate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and other countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vivimate.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription.
